
Spring ahead this March with enhancements to Morgan Stanley Online and the Morgan Stanley Mobile Apps.These exciting enhancements are being implemented throughout March and early April to address client feedback as well as improve the overall user experience.The enhancements include:
- Touch ID: Now Available! Easily access the Morgan Stanley Mobile App, view balances and holdings, deposit checks and more with just the touch of a finger without having to enter a password. Available on compatible iPhone® and iPad® devices.
- New Services Menu: Coming Soon! Order checks and debit cards, view account information for direct deposit, manage alerts and navigate to the eDelivery page to enroll or modify eDelivery preferences.
- Alerts to help Monitor Available Cash: Coming Soon! Enroll in new Low Available Cash Balance/No Available Cash Alerts. Visit the Alerts Hub, accessible from the new Services tab or the Bell icon to manage alerts.
Additional enhancements now available on Morgan Stanley Online include:
- The Winners/Losers section of the home page has been renamed to the below:

- A column for Today’s Change has been added to the Investment Details tab, which can be found on the homepage.
- Estimated Annual Income (EAI) will now be totaled and provided at the top of the Holdings table.
- The Excel Download Functionality now reflects Custom Sorting and adjusted Cost Basis.
- Check images are now able to be printed from the Activity page.
- View images of checks deposited through the Mobile App or at the branch, on both Morgan Stanley Online and the Morgan Stanley Mobile Apps.
- Asset Taxonomy on Morgan Stanley Online and the Mobile Apps has been enhanced to display more granular levels of asset allocation.
Additional enhancements now available for Mobile include:
- Draw on and make payments to Liquidity Asset Line (LAL) accounts on all Mobile Apps and devices.
- View Pending Transactions such as deposits, debit card transactions, and bill payments from Account Activity.
