Receiving documents via eDelivery is:

  • Secure. Documents are not sent by email, but are accessed via our secure website Morgan Stanley Online and the Morgan Stanley Mobile App.

  • Convenient. Access account documents as soon as they are available, instead of waiting for them to come in the mail.

  • Green. Eliminate clutter and save paper.

Additionally, when you receive all eligible documents via eDelivery for all accounts within an Account Linked Group, you will qualify you for a fee increase waiver.1 For additional information, refer to the FYI included in your June month-end statement.

1Effective November 1, 2016, accounts that receive paper delivery of any eDelivery eligible documents will be subject to an annual fee increase. All accounts in an Account Linked Group must be enrolled in eDelivery of all eligible documents to qualify for the fee increase waiver. Account linking is a feature used to group multiple accounts for the purpose of consolidated Client Correspondence mailings and Client Site access. This email pertains only to account(s) where you have already elected to receive one or more documents via eDelivery. To determine if you have additional accounts that are not currently enrolled in eDelivery, contact your Branch or the Client Service Center at 1 (888) 454 3965 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
